TEG are looking forward to the ap&m Europe Global MRO Procurement Expo.
This will be TEG’s first major aviation exhibition at which we’ve taken a stand and we look forward to meeting our existing and prospective customers.
TEG is an EASA Part 21(G) approved production organisation specialising in 1 off AOG parts. The scope of the POA approval, for which EASA Form 1 can be issued, is ‘C2 parts, structural metallic and non-metallic aircraft parts and assemblies’.
Many airlines, MRO’s, lessors and OEM’s come to TEG for complex machined and fabricated spare parts. They know from experience that TEG has the capability to deliver quickly and on time. This capability has been extended recently by the purchase of a 5-axis milling machine which can manufacture 6 metre long parts.
Customers also appreciate the ability to ‘Reverse Engineer’ parts and generate 3D models from older 2D drawings. This is used most frequently when a customer is looking for a supplier of legacy parts, which are no longer in production.
TEG has 3D printing capabilities which can be used to reduce the non-recurring cost of producing legacy parts. Our experienced technical team, have the expertise to manufacture a new EPA certified part by generating drawings from an existing part. This is particularly useful for the manufacture of small quantities of aircraft interior parts, where colour matching is a necessity.
Take a look at our case studies https://teg.com/aviation-case-studies/ which shows interesting and relevant case studies of how customers were assisted by TEG.
If you will be attending the exhibition please feel free to visit Philip Beard and John Hunt on Stand A06, or if you would like to arrange a meeting please phone Irish Number +353 1 4854 910 or UK Number +44 (0) 7503923220 or E-Mail pbeard@teg.com.
