Over the course of the years, TEG developed an impressive Quality Management System which is robust and meets the needs of our customers.
The company holds EASA approvals for aviation design, production and repair. In addition certifications for AS9100 REV D and ISO9001:2015 are held.
TEG is regularly audited by the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), the Irish Aviation Authority (IAA) and Lloyds Register as part of the certification process. Additionally customers visit TEG, generally every month for customer audits for approved vendor status.
Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) are a big part of what TEG does. We welcome customers visiting our facilities, meeting our quality, production and design staff, discussing issues and testing the finished equipment prior to shipment.
TEG applies the discipline of the Quality Management System developed for the aviation certifications and applies the same system to all projects in different sectors such as biopharmaceutical and pharmaceutical.
Customers always compliment TEG on the standard of the quality documentation. Whether it is the Engineering Turn Over Package (ETOP) for the parts washer racks or test results for blister tooling and feeders – TEG always has full material traceability, training records of staff working on projects, maintenance records of machines, calibration results.

We constantly ask ourselves the question – why do customers come to TEG in Mullingar, Ireland. We are located 80km west of Dublin on an island off an island on the west coast of Europe. It takes a lot of effort to travel to TEG from any of the 35 countries where our customers are located. Customers visit TEG because they recognise the quality of the engineering support from TEG.
